Kimberley Care Village near Spalding, recently celebrated the official opening of its brand-new pétanque court with a lively tournament that brought together residents, families, friends and team members for an afternoon of fun, friendship and community spirit.
Guests enjoyed refreshments and snacks while cheering on players taking part in the inaugural tournament, with plenty of smiles, laughter and friendly competition making the event a memorable occasion for everyone involved.

Since the opening, the pétanque court has quickly become a favourite feature within the village and is now enjoyed by residents on a daily basis. The court provides an opportunity for gentle exercise, social interaction and meaningful activity, helping to support both physical wellbeing and positive mental health.
The project reflects Kimberley Care Village's ongoing commitment to enhancing the lives of residents by creating engaging spaces and experiences that encourage people to stay active, connected and enjoy life to the fullest.
