"Myself and a colleague attended Kimberly on Thursday and Friday last week, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the ReSPECT forms completed by the Heads of Care.

We were also extremely impressed with the care team in the Willows Unit. Their knowledge and compassion towards the residents is second to none.

I know that as professionals, people are quick to find the negatives, where as we prefer to find the positives.
