Night Healthcare Assistant - Kimberley Care Village
£10.55 - £10.80 per hour
Kimberley Care Village is currently looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to match the demand of the growth of the business.
Kimberley Care Home, located in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, was rated “Good” by the CQC inspection and continually maintains its reputation in delivering complex high standard quality care among people we support, families, local authorities, professionals and the community.
As a part of Pearl Healthcare Group, we provide residential and dementia care, respite, short breaks, and rehabilitation pathway for elderly clients.
Salary:
Flexible part time and full time hours with a competitive wages rate of £10.55 per hour, rising to £10.70 per hour following the completion of a successful probation period, then increasing again to £10.80 per hour after one years’ service.
Night Healthcare Assistant Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and that their rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

COVID-19 Precautions:
Safety is paramount to us all, we support all our staff and the people we support to stay safe by wearing the correct PPE. Staff are issued with aprons, gloves, and facemasks. We have temperature screening for all staff and visitors. All staff required to undergo regular COVID- 19 test in line with the Public Health advice.
We have a housekeeping team that ensures the service to kept clean to the highest standards of IPC. All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance. Our expectation is that all staff have had or will have the Covid- 19 vaccination, unless they can provide an exemption reason.
