Meet the Team
Kimberley Care Village
I am a qualified RMN, I have worked in health care for over 34 years in a variety of settings both within the NHS as a nurse, and private nursing and care homes.
My very first qualified nurse job was in an adolescent service, moving into a senior nurse in both forensic and acute settings, and finishing off the latter years in Dementia services.
I believe we work in the resident’s home - they don’t reside in our workplace; life for all of Kimberley’ residents should be filled with as much happiness, singing, dancing, love, laughter, and smiles from those of us who support them.
Nadine has worked in care for almost 24 years; the whole of that time has been within Kimberley Care Home.
She has worked in various positions over the years, including providing training for junior staff.
Nadine is passionate about working in care and describes this as a way of life, with Kimberley Care Home becoming her family.
Nadine’s qualifications include NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership, Train the Trainer, and A1 Assessor.
Karen has worked in care for the elderly for 22 years, ranging from residential to nursing needs.
Karen works alongside Nadine, safeguarding residents and providing the best quality of care. She is passionate in working in dementia care and considers our residents and colleagues as family.
Karen’s qualifications include NVQ Level 5 Management and Leadership.
Gill has worked in Education, Children Services, and Care for 25 years, working in a wide range of services, including supporting children and their families, young people, and people with a learning disability.
Gill ensures every member of the team receives a detailed and in-depth induction and completes all mandatory and relevant training for their role.
Gill is committed to ensuring people we support are only supported by a highly skilled and dedicated workforce.
Lottie is a great addition to the team and makes sure to give lots of cuddles throughout the day. She always ensures she puts a smile on everyone’s face.
