Welcome to our
Complex Needs Services

We can provide bespoke support for people with complex needs, learning disabilities, and those who have a range of additional needs, including mental health and behaviour that is seen as challenging.

We offer accommodation across different service types, these being ‘Rose Cottage’ and ‘The Squirrels’.

We work closely with health and social care professionals to ensure the right support at the right time to enable you to transition through the service.

To do this, we work closely with you and your circles of support and professionals to ensure continuity and consistency of support.

The Squirrels

The Squirrels is a single service comprising of a bedroom, en-suite, lounge and kitchen dining room, with its own entrances and access to a secure garden area.

The Squirrels offers bespoke 24/7 staffing levels to meet the persons assessed needs. The Squirrels has a proven track record in delivering person centred, flexible support that promotes, choice, inclusion, dignity, respect, control and is empowering.

Together we create a personalised support plan based on your assessed needs that focus on your interests and skills.

Our aim is to support you to make informed choices, thus developing and encouraging greater independence and control.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage comprises 4 single bedrooms, each room offering an en-suite facility (toilet and sink) with access to a wet room. There is also a separate lounge and kitchen dining area, as well as Rose Cottage having its' own access and secure garden area for you to enjoy.

Rose Cottage can offer you additional 1:1 and 2:1 support to meet your assessed individual needs.

We will enable and support you to reach your full potential, to maintain your independence, to manage your finances, to assist you with your personal care needs. As well as supporting you to identify and maintain educational and leisure opportunities within the local community.
