Capricorn Cottage is a residential home for people with Learning and Physical Disabilities. Located in Fleet, Lincolnshire, we were rated “Good” in the last CQC inspection. Our professional and friendly team is continuing providing high-quality care and support for all people we support.

Salary:

Flexible part time and full time hours with a competitive wages rate of £10.25 per hour, rising to £10.40 per hour following the completion of a successful probation period, then increasing again to £10.50 per hour after one years’ service.

Night Support Worker Role Overview:

As a Night Support Worker at Capricorn Hub you will work with people who have wide range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and behaviours that are perceived as challenging. You will promote and encourage independence, person centred care, choice, dignity, and respect.
