At Pearl we are committed to staff training and development. We believe all care staff should hold a National Vocational Qualification in Care. We have established an NVQ Assessment Centre in the Isle of man to ensure all staff employed by Pearl Healthcare have access to assessment.

This service will offer equal opportunities to all care staff in the Isle of Man, as individuals, or through their organisations. Pearl Assessment Centre will provide a rigorous assessment process and effective methods for developing and training care staff, leading to a recognised qualification in care.
